By accessing or using the services provided by Inferinite Pte. Ltd. ("Inferinite," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Inferinite provides GPU cloud infrastructure services for biopharma and life sciences companies. Our services include computing resources, storage, networking, and related tools designed for AI-driven research and development.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious software or code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services for cryptocurrency mining without authorization

5. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services. Fees are billed according to your selected plan and usage. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Service Level Agreement

We commit to providing a 99.9% uptime guarantee for our services, subject to the terms of our Service Level Agreement (SLA). Credits may be issued for service disruptions as outlined in the SLA.

7. Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and security measures for your own data and applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inferinite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
